How to purchase a parking permit
- Visit .
- Log in using your 51ÁÔÆæ network ID.
- Select Order Parking.
- Choose the parking permit that fits your onsite activity.
- Select the campus (if applicable).
- Add information for up to two vehicles.
- Select Add to Cart.
- Confirm your email address as this is where your receipt will be sent. If correct, select Continue.
- Follow the instructions on the screen for payment.
Daily and hourly parking passes
Hourly or daily parking is purchased easily online via the Honk Contactless Parking system (payable with Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit or PayPal).
Once you have accessed Honk (via web browser or app) sign up to register your vehicle and purchase parking. Ensure you follow the account verification steps required by HonkMobile.
The Honk App and Browser should be able to recognize your location if location sharing permissions are enabled on your device. If you do not allow location permissions for Honk, you will need to know the zone number of the parking lot you are in. The zone will be displayed on Honk signage in each lot.
A QR code sign is stationed at campus entrances and in the parking lots to provide an opportunity to purchase daily or hourly pass with no app download required.

Parking rates
Paid parking is in effect Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at all campuses. Parking is free on evenings and weekends. Overnight parking is not permitted. Learn how to pay for parking.

Stratford – 60 Erie Street employee parking
Employee parking:
- Onsite parking at 60 Erie Street is for employees only.
- Employees must have a valid monthly, term, or annual parking permit for Stratford or another campus.
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be in the designated section of the lot.
Daily parking:
- Available through the surface lots.
- Daily and hourly parking can be purchased via HotSpot or metered parking.
- Free parking is available at the Cooper Parking Lot, located at 105 Saint Patrick Street, which is a 5-minute walk to campus.
Registering your vehicle information
- If you are using an alternate vehicle to park at a Conestoga site, such as a new or temporary vehicle, ensure it is registered to avoid a parking ticket.
- The Parking Portal allows an account holder to register two vehicles. You are permitted to park one vehicle on campus at a time.
- You can update your vehicle information any time by logging in to the Parking Portal and selecting the vehicle tab to register a new vehicle or replace a current vehicle.
- If you do not see your vehicle model in the pre-populated drop-down list when registering your car, select the 'other' option. Ensure your licence plate information is correct.
- You cannot register a vehicle that is registered on another user's account.
Motorcycles and Ebikes
- Motorcycles count as one of the two vehicles you are allowed to have registered to your parking permit. There is no special permit or sticker required in addition to, a valid parking permit, to park a motorcycle.
- Motorcycles are permitted to park in regular parking spaces or on the motorcycle pad (available at the Kitchener – Doon and Cambridge – Fountain Street campuses), with a valid parking permit.
- Ebikes with no government issued licence plates are permitted to park on the motorcycle pad or parking near the bike racks.
- Ebikes parked at a bike rack are not to block entrance ways, pathways, or access to the bike rack for other users.
- Ebikes parked on 51ÁÔÆæ property are not permitted to charge using 51ÁÔÆæ external or internal outlets.
Waitlist
- If term or monthly permits are sold out at a campus, select "Add to waitlist" in the Parking Portal. You will be notified by email if a permit becomes available. You will have two days to claim your waitlist spot from the date your waitlist email is received.

Accessible parking

- Accessible parking spaces are designated at each campus with a provincial parking permit. You must purchase a parking pass for your campus to be able to park on campus.

Refunds
- Monthly, term and annual parking permits are non-transferable.
- Upon request, winter term permits are refundable on a pro-rated basis until March 31, 2026.
- Upon request, an annual permit is refundable on a pro-rated basis until July 31, 2026. To request a refund, email parking@conestogac.on.ca.
- Hourly and daily passes, along with monthly permits, are non-refundable.
